These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wolbrix NXT Cleaning Services website located at wolbrix-nxt.com (the “Site”) and any requests, bookings, or communications made through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Website

You may use the Site for personal, lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission.

  • Interfere with the Site’s security, functionality, or availability.

2. Quotes, Bookings, and Payment

Quotes provided through the Site (or by phone/email) are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs (for example: size, condition, add-ons, or access limitations).

Bookings are subject to availability. You agree to provide accurate contact details and service information. Unless stated otherwise, prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD). Any applicable taxes and fees (if any) will be disclosed or confirmed before service.

Payment terms may vary depending on the service type and will be confirmed when your booking is accepted. We may decline or cancel a booking if we cannot confirm details, access, or payment arrangements.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price, depending on scheduling and staffing commitments.

4. Service Standards and Satisfaction

We aim to deliver high-quality results. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion with details. At our discretion, we may return to address the affected area at no additional charge.

This commitment does not cover issues caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, structural defects, or items that cannot reasonably be cleaned due to material limitations or safety concerns.

5. Access, Safety, and Preparation

  • You agree to provide safe access to the premises at the scheduled time (including entry instructions, parking info, and pets secured if needed).
  • Please inform us in advance of fragile items, alarm systems, hazards, or areas requiring special handling.
  • We may refuse or stop work if we believe conditions are unsafe or the scope differs significantly from what was booked.

6. Intellectual Property

All Site content—including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements—is owned by or licensed to Wolbrix NXT Cleaning Services and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wolbrix NXT Cleaning Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service.

10. Governing Law
